Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor

We offer a positive, safe, working environment and are looking for a full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent, FULL-TIME position with the potential for career growth for a hard-working individual with a great attitude.


Here is what you would be doing:

  • Lead a crew in all things landscaping including grass cutting and garden maintenance.
  • Lead by example and work WITH the team to ensure the job is complete.
  • Maintain a daily routine schedule and adapt to changes last minute and when needed.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Ensure you and the team members follow safety protocols.
  • Ensure you and the team members complete tasks efficiently and correctly.
  • Take care of the equipment and report any issues to your manager.
  • Drive Truck and Trailer daily.
  • Load and properly tie down equipment to be transported to the jobsite.
  • Heavy lifting.
  • Positive and Professional attitude with clients.
  • Submit paperwork and documentation (electronically and/or manually) promptly at the end of each shift.

  • Minimum 2+ years of landscaping experience preferably in a leadership role.

  • You can use your smartphone to submit reports.
  • You are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
  • You can legally drive in Ontario (valid G drivers’ license) and are willing to upgrade your license.


NOTE:
This position is outdoors with hours that will vary depending on the weather.
