Health & Safety Policy

Superb Property Maintenance is committed to preventing the accidental loss of any of our resources, most importantly our employees.

We are committed to protecting our staff and providing a safe, health work environment. We follow industry standards and are in compliance with legislative requirements.

We recognize that the responsibility for health and safety is shared. All employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and on our work sites. Safe work practices and job procedures are clearly defined in the company’s Health & Safety Manual for all employees to follow and we continually strive to make adjustments to improve our staff’s safety.

We ensure that each staff member is properly trained in all aspects of their jobs, before they start their first visit to a customer’s property and we continue with that training regularly. This ensures individualized safety as well as the safety of the entire team. All municipal, provincial and federal safety standards are adhered to by all Superb Property Maintenance team members.

We strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accidents, or personal injury/illness.

Accidental loss can be controlled through good management, in combination with active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, employees, and contractors.
