At we are committed to preventing the accidental loss of any of our resources, most importantly our employees.

In fulfilling this commitment to protect our staff on a daily basis, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements. We will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accidents, or personal injury/illness.

We recognize that the responsibility for health and safety is shared. All employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and on our work sites. Safe work practices and job procedures will be clearly defined in the company’s Health and Safety Manual for all employees to follow.

Accidental loss can be controlled through good management, in combination with active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, employees, and contractors.

As a company, we will ensure that each staff member is properly trained in all aspects of their jobs, before they start their first visit to a customer’s property. This ensures individualized safety as well as the safety of the entire team. All municipal, provincial and federal safety standards will be adhered by Suberb’s team members.

We will continuously strive to make adjustments to improve our staff’s safety and make each employee aware of potential hazards throughout their employment with Superb Property Services.
